Living Aparigraha: Let Go & Create Space for Peace

A gentle healing workshop for when life feels heavy

When life feels overwhelming, the clutter we carry—physically and emotionally—can quietly weigh us down. We hold on to memories, expectations, and versions of ourselves we no longer recognize… even when our heart is longing for space.

Aparigraha, the yogic principle of non-grasping, invites us to loosen our grip and trust that release can be sacred.

Letting go isn’t about forcing—it’s about creating room for peace to return.

This 75-minute workshop is a calming, supportive experience designed to help you gently release what feels heavy and reconnect with yourself through mindful practices and compassionate guidance.

During our time together, we will:

🕊 Reflect with guided journaling to uncover what you may be holding and what your heart is ready to release.


🌿 Ground through gentle movement or breathwork to soften the body and nervous system (accessible for all bodies—optional and supportive).


🌙 Rest in guided meditation to invite clarity, stillness, and inner peace.

✨ You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more open—like you finally took a full breath.

No experience is required—just bring a notebook, a comfortable space to sit or lie down, and permission to show up exactly as you are.

You don’t have to let go alone.
