Clear your space. Calm your mind. Heal your heart.

I help people who feel overwhelmed gently declutter their homes and inner lives using yoga philosophy, reflection, and grounded practices — so they can move through life with more clarity and peace.

Start with a gentle reset.

If life feels heavy right now, you’re not alone.

Many people arrive here feeling overwhelmed by their space, their thoughts, or a season of change they didn’t expect. The house feels cluttered. The mind feels busy. And even simple decisions can feel harder than they used to.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing through.
It’s about creating space — slowly and intentionally — so you can breathe again.

A gentler way to let go

This isn’t about decluttering as quickly as possible or striving for a perfect home.

My approach blends mindful decluttering with yoga philosophy and reflection — not as rules to follow, but as gentle principles that support letting go, softening, and living with intention.

There’s no pressure to do this perfectly or quickly. We move slowly, with curiosity and care, creating space that supports the life you’re in right now — not the one you think you should be living.

About this space

Caldera Yoga exists for moments when life feels heavy and the way forward isn’t clear.

This work grew from my own experience navigating loss, transition, and the need to let go — not just emotionally, but physically, through the spaces I lived in. Decluttering became a way to create room to breathe, while yoga philosophy offered language for softening, release, and non-attachment.

This space isn’t about fixing yourself or following a rigid method. It’s about moving slowly, with intention and care, and making space for the life you’re actually living — not the one you thought you’d have by now.

Here, you’re invited to begin where you are, take what supports you, and leave the rest.

"I didn’t realize how much I was actually carrying. I try to release often, but this helped me notice what I hadn’t yet let go of."

Start Where You Are

There’s no right way to begin — only what feels supportive right now.

You might be here because:

You want a gentle place to start letting go, without pressure or overwhelm

You’re craving more space and clarity in your home and inner life

You’re in a season of transition and want to move forward softly

You’re ready to release what no longer fits, even if you’re not sure what comes next

You’re drawn to growth that happens through listening, not pushing
