Mindful Foundations: A Weekly Meditation & Gentle Grounding Space

A 25-minute pause to breathe, release, and come home to yourself.

When life feels heavy or loud, stillness can feel out of reach. Mindful Foundations isn’t about forcing your mind to be quiet—it’s about creating compassionate space to notice, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Each week, we explore simple mindfulness practices, gentle breathwork, and guided stillness to help you:

✨ Calm your nervous system
✨ Feel grounded in your body
✨ Begin your day with clarity and peace

This is not a performance or a traditional yoga class—it's a safe space to simply be.

What to expect:

🌿 Mindful check-in
📖 Guided meditation + soft breathwork
🕊 Optional journal reflection or gentle intention-setting
🌙 A few moments of rest and integration

🗓 Saturdays at 10:30 AM MST
📍 Live on Zoom (camera on or off—come exactly as you are)
📝 Bring: Comfortable clothes, a quiet space, and an optional journal
🧘 All levels welcome—no experience needed
