Let’s change that.

Join me for a 35-minute grounding evening yoga class designed to help you relax, stay present, and set yourself up for a centered, mindful week. This class blends gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, so you step into Monday feeling balanced and at ease.

What to Expect:

🔸 Sun Salutations to sync breath with motion

🔸 Simple, accessible poses you can use anytime your week starts to feel overwhelming

🔸 A reflective quote or journal prompt to help you reconnect with the present moment throughout the week
