From Holding On to Creating Space

Hi, I’m Sabrina—welcome to Caldera Yoga.

If you’ve landed here, maybe life feels heavier than it used to. Maybe your home feels cluttered, your mind feels crowded, or your heart feels tired.

You might be holding it all together on the outside… while quietly wondering why you still feel overwhelmed on the inside.
I understand—because I’ve been there too.

There was a time when I believed staying strong meant never falling apart.

But the turning point came after yet another miscarriage, when I finally donated the baby clothes I had been saving for years.

Letting them go was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done—grief washed over me. And yet, when I looked at the clear space that remained… I felt the smallest, softest sense of relief.

Something in me finally exhaled.

That moment taught me something life-changing:
Healing doesn’t always begin with strength. Sometimes it begins with space.

Through yoga philosophy, mindful decluttering, journaling, and gentle meditation, I began releasing the weight I was carrying—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Not all at once. Not perfectly. But piece by piece, breath by breath.

Now, I walk with those who are ready to create that same space within themselves.

I don’t offer pressure or perfection—I offer compassion, grounding practices, soulful reflection, and the wisdom of letting go.
