Hi, I’m Sabrina — welcome to Caldera Yoga.
If you’ve found your way here, you might be craving more space, softness, or clarity in your life. Maybe your home feels cluttered, your mind feels noisy, or your heart feels ready for a new chapter.
I’ve felt all of those things too.
For a long time, I carried more than I let myself admit — trying to stay strong, trying to hold everything together, trying not to fall apart. But real strength, I learned, doesn’t come from gripping tightly.
It comes from creating space.
My turning point came during one of the hardest moments of my life: another miscarriage.
In the months that followed, I held onto tiny baby clothes I had saved for years — not because I needed them, but because letting them go felt impossible.
The day I finally donated them, grief rushed in… but so did something else: relief.
Not because the loss didn’t matter — but because the space it created allowed me to breathe for the first time in a long time.
That moment shifted everything.
It taught me that letting go — gently, slowly, intentionally — can be its own kind of healing.
Through yoga philosophy, mindful decluttering, journaling, and grounding practices, I began releasing the layers of weight I had been carrying. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But piece by piece, breath by breath.
And as I cleared space around me, I found space within me.
Space to feel.
Space to grow.
Space to return to myself.
Now, I walk with others who are ready to create that same spaciousness in their homes, their minds, and their hearts. My work blends yoga philosophy, simplicity, reflection, and gentle practices that support clarity and ease.
I don’t offer pressure or perfection.
I offer compassion, grounding, and the wisdom of letting go.
If you’re standing at the edge of change — or simply craving a bit more room to breathe — you’re not alone. There is space for you here, exactly as you are.
Sometimes the first breath of healing is the moment we finally let go.
