When life feels overwhelming, clutter — in our homes, bodies, and minds — can add to the weight we carry.

This 75-minute live Zoom workshop is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for calm, clarity, and healing.

Together, we will:

  • 🌸 Reflect with gentle journaling and guided prompts to uncover what feels heavy — because the clutter in our minds often spills into the spaces around us. Together we’ll explore how to let go, both inside and out
  • 🧘 Move through a grounding, accessible yoga practice to release tension from the body
  • 🌙 Rest in guided meditation to quiet the mind and reconnect with peace

No experience is necessary. All you need is a notebook, a yoga mat (or towel), and a quiet space where you can simply show up as you are.

This workshop is especially helpful for women navigating grief, loss, or life’s hardest seasons — but it is open to anyone seeking more space, ease, and renewal.
