If you’ve found your way here, you might be craving something softer, clearer, or more spacious in your life. Maybe your home feels a little crowded, your mind feels a little noisy, or you’re moving through a season of change and want to feel more grounded.
I’ve navigated my own seasons of transition—moments where life felt cluttered, heavy, or out of balance. For a long time, I tried to push through and stay strong… until I learned that clarity doesn’t come from holding everything together.
It comes from letting go with intention.
Through mindful decluttering, meditation, and the yogic wisdom of Aparigraha (non-grasping), I began releasing the habits, expectations, and old versions of myself that no longer fit. Little by little, I created room to breathe, reconnect, and see my life with new eyes.
Now, I support others who are ready to create that same sense of spaciousness—inside their homes, inside their minds, and inside their hearts. My work blends yoga philosophy, grounding practices, and gentle simplicity to help you move forward with more clarity, calm, and confidence.
